Bob's Trees Guarantee
We guarantee that any zone 4 rated tree or shrub that is purchased from Bob's Trees at the full retail price will survive for one full year, provided our watering and planting instructions are followed. We do not guarantee perennials, annuals or zone 5 & 6 plants. We do not guarantee a tree or shrub that dies due to damage from automobiles, lawn mowers, weed trimmers etc. Rodent and animal injuries (mice, deer, rabbits, chipmunks etc.), are also not covered.If a plant or tree does not survive, we will give a one time replacement credit for 50% of the purchase price of the dead tree or shrub. You may get cash back or 50% of the value of the dead plant or tree towards different nursery stock.
We do not offer a lifetime guarantee. We will not give a guarantee if the tree is purchased at less than full retail value (such as a sale item).
We also will not replace a shade tree or shrub because it has a few dead branches but otherwise is doing fine in our eyes. Experience has shown us that the tree or shrub will be further ahead if it is left in the ground, rather than replacing it with a new plant.
Bob's Trees is committed to providing you with a quality & healthy plant. We have done our best to see that it leaves here in the best condition possible. We ask your help & cooperation in seeing that it is planted, watered and cared for according to directions.
Pennsylvania Pride Products - We are proud and fortunate to carry Pennsylvania Pride nursery stock. All Pennsylvania Pride products are unconditionally guaranteed for 3 years by the grower. Their guarantee is provided in the form of store credit only. You can easily recognize their product by their cranberry colored containers and eye-catching "3-Year Homeowner Guarantee" tag.
