Pre-cut and cut-your-own Christmas trees

• Cut-your-own Balsam Fir, Douglas Fir, Fraser Fir, White Spruce and Blue Spruce are $45.00.
• Pre-cut trees start at $15.00 and go up to $100.00+.

Weekend Activities:

• Santa 9 a.m. – 4 p.m. (November 26th & 27th, & December 3rd, 4th, 10th & 11th)
• Horse-drawn wagon rides (weather permitting) 10 a.m. – 4 p.m. November 26th & 27th, & December 3rd, 4th, 10th & 11th)
• Snack Bar 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.(November 25th, 26th, 27th, December 3rd, 4th, 10th, 11th, 17th & 18th)

Christmas time activities:

• Live reindeer from November 17th – December 16th
• Light fare snack bar with homemade soups, chili, hotdogs, burgers, pizza, chicken tenders, pies, breads, cookies etc…. November 25th, 26th, 27th, December 3rd, 4th, 10th, 11th, 17th & 18th.
• Photo ops with Christmas cut-outs for a memorable and commemorative family photo.
• Christmas Mitten contest (for children under 13) for a chance to win $25.00.
• Prize drawings (win a $50.00 nursery gift certificate or a cross country ski pass).
• Letters to Santa mailbox and display board (you can compose your list here, supplies provided).

Make sure everyone brings their list when you come because our jolly Santa is here on the weekends handing out lollipops to all the children.  Make sure your youngsters participate in the holiday children’s activity for a chance to win $25.00.

A Christmas Tradition

Bob’s Trees was started in upstate NY, when the first Christmas tree seedling was planted by Robert Eaton Sr., in 1947.  It has since grown to become the capital district’s largest grower of Christmas trees and nursery stock. Bob’s Trees has over a hundred acres of cut-your-own Christmas trees. Not only do we offer fresh, pre-cut Fraser Fir, Balsam Fir, Douglas Fir and Canaan Fir Christmas trees at affordable prices, but also a fun-filled day of family memories.

Can’t wait for Christmas?  Bring your family in the fall to tag your Christmas tree, and then come back later for the holiday fun. After the perfect Christmas tree has been found, check out our handmade wreaths, kissing balls, garland, swags and centerpieces.  We make them all right here on the farm; from plain to over the top decorated wreaths, we have it all.  We even take special orders!

Ready to slow down a bit? Take a horse-drawn wagon ride through some of our cut-your-own Christmas tree fields, and then stop by our Christmas kitchen for hot beverages and some homemade cooking. While relaxing and eating our freshly-made foods, you may also enjoy watching adults and children alike playing outside. They’ll be taking pictures of loved ones with our unique holiday cut-outs, making memories to last a lifetime.
