Christmas Activities

Christmas Activities at Bob’s

Meet Santa Claus

Bring your list and check it twice before talking to Santa. He will be here November 26th and 27th; and December 3rd, 4th, 10th, and 11th handing out Tootsie Pops and talking to children. Santa loves to have his picture taken and will be more than happy to pose with you and your loved ones, so be sure to bring your camera.

Hours: 10:00 am - 4:00 pm

Location: Santa moves around a lot. You can find him just about anywhere!

See Santa’s Reindeer

Two of Santa’s reindeer visit Bob’s Trees during November and December. Mamma and baby arrived on November 14 and leave December 19th to rest up for their run on Christmas Eve (even reindeer have to take some time off to get ready for the big trip!). If you are lucky, you may get to pet one while an employee is walking them around the yard. Please, don’t bring tidbits to feed the reindeer. They have very delicate stomachs and can become extremely ill if fed the wrong thing! So, let’s not upset Santa.

Location: Behind the grey house or walking in the yard.

Take a Tractor Drawn Wagon Ride

Bundle up and enjoy a good old fashioned wagon ride through the fields. Tractor drawn wagon rides (weather permitting) are available from 10:00 a.m. to 4 p.m. on the weekends of November 26th and 27th; December 3rd, 4th, 10th, and 11th. If weather conditions are dangerous, rides will be cancelled.

Location: Behind the Ski Lodge/Snack Bar and on Top of the Hill.

Children’s Activities

This year our children’s activity will be Santa's Toy Shop hunt. There will be various toy images in and around the buildings. Children must find all the toys and write them on the entry form. The entry will then be entered into a drawing for that week. The winner of the drawing will receive a $25.00 gift card. There will be 4 weekly drawings of 2 winners each weekend. (Children must be 13 or under to participate.)

Location: You need to go to the main office to get an entry form and also to deposit your entry when done. Each entry entitles the child to an ornament kit to take home and hang on their tree.

Children can also write a letter to Santa and hang it on the letter board or drop it in the mailbox. We will be sure that Santa receives them in time! They can also do some puzzles, mazes or word games while waiting for their lunch or snack.

Location: Inside the Ski Lodge/Snack Bar.
